Self Mastery : including Self & Social Awareness towards Interpersonal Skills Development
8 x half day modules (Which modules to include or not would depend on the maturity and dynamics of the team. On this basis, such an intervention could run from 2 to 4 days).
Focus : on the social and interpersonal skills that have impact on both the individual and on co-workers
