Training and Development Programs

 

I offer group facilitation for Team Development interventions, as well as for individual skills development in the areas of Self-Mastery, Interpersonal Communication, Emotional Intelligence, Thinking WIN-WIN and Conflict Competence

 

  • High Performance Team Development: Jung Type Indicator Workshop

(1 or 2 days depending on purpose  eg simply awareness raising or awareness + mission and goal setting).

 

  • Theory:

    • Characteristics of High Performance Teams

    • 5 Team Dysfunctions

    • High Performance Team Behaviours

  • Explore Jung’s Team Types (to understand preferences, strengths & development needs)

  • Team SWOT analysis

  • Define purpose and mission

  • Establish Team Goals

  • Create an action plan + set follow up date to review progress

  • High Performance Team Development:

 

Self Mastery : including Self & Social Awareness towards Interpersonal Skills Development

8 x half day modules (Which modules to include or not would depend on the maturity and dynamics of the team.  On this basis, such an intervention could run from 2 to 4 days).

 

Focus : on the social and interpersonal skills that have impact on both the individual and on co-workers

  • Purpose : facilitate individual team members’ ability to communicate and interact effectively with team – to develop team relevant interpersonal skills

  • Target group:

    • Team members

    • Leaders

    • HR professionals

    • Individuals who may benefit by developing self-mastery and expanding their repertoire of interpersonal skills
